Colorado RVing Travel Guide
Colorado is our home state. We were born and raised here and have explored all over even before we started RVing fulltime. It’s a beautiful state, but the main focus is, of course, the mountains. We’ve always loved getting away and exploring them, even for just an afternoon.
The majority of information below is from our time traveling full time. We’re from Colorado, though, so we’ve done a lot more. If there’s something missing on our list that you have questions about, please connect with us via Instagram or Facebook.

Colorado Idea Map
The map below includes places we’ve stayed (red house icons), things we’ve done (green star icons), and other activity ideas (purple icons) since we’ve been traveling full time. Zoom in to see different areas. We’ve also included links to our YouTube videos in the descriptions where applicable. Click the icon in the top left corner of the map to see a list of all the places and activities.

Where We Stayed
Staying on the Front Range of Colorado can be a little tricky. The state parks are definitely a better price than many RV parks but are more expensive than what we’ve seen in other states. They fill up fast, so be sure to plan ahead (six months) when booking them. We really enjoy Jellystone Park. It’s between Colorado Springs and Denver, so it’s location is convenient. It is fairly pricey, but has a lot of fun amenities, especially if you have kids.
